JMI go-live gaps

Site, server (v123), emails and app build 15 all carry the final tagline. What is left is credentials and DNS, none of it code.

Phone still shows the circle = stale install. Update in TestFlight.

Icon + logo uploaded, "prefer logo" on, brand #0c0b09, accent #b0813f. Confirmed via API.
Done in your Chrome by script. Nothing left here.

Permanent key on Fly, keys in ~/.env. Stripe Tax active, CA registration, default tax code.
Live checkout proven: real session, tax computed, expiry released the hold.

2. SendGrid domain ✅ verified

em4045 CNAME on Cloudflare, verified 8:15pm. therecording.club was already authenticated via em889.

3. Event webhook ✅ signed and installed

Key on Fly. Unsigned posts rejected (401). Opens, bounces, unsubscribes flow back.

4. Test-send campaign #1, then SendGreg

New site is at daryljones.gregspero.com only.
Domain is already in TRC's Vercel account (attached to the Aug 23 pitch project). Cutover = move it to jones-instruments + two Cloudflare records. Fifteen minutes when you and Darryl say go.
Replaces his live site, so it's your call, not mine.

App is TestFlight, not App Store

Build 15 in "JMI Preview".
App Store submission needs Darryl's own developer account or a transfer decision.
